Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the ICU Float Pool in Burlington, VT. This 16-26 week contract work involves a 12-hour night shift (19:00–07:00) with mandatory weekend coverage and unit float across ICU, ED, and surge areas based on patient needs and skillset.

The role requires at least 2 years in a large teaching facility and travel nursing experience; certifications include AHA BLS/ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale, with CCRN preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a large teaching facility.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• ACLS/BLS certifications desired set as required in ad.

Responsibilities

• Start IVs and manage titrating drips.
• Provide critical vent care for multi-system patients.
• Float to ICU units, ED Boarders, and surge areas as needed.
• Administer CRRT and manage hemodynamic devices.
