Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a Medical ICU assignment. The position operates on a night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with a 16-week term, involving 12-hour shifts and a schedule of 3 shifts per week.

Requirements include Vermont or compact license, local & travel eligibility, COVID vaccines, and Epic system experience. The role includes floating to additional units as needed and a fluid scheduling approach depending on unit needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of nursing experience with 3 months within the last 12 months
• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience
• Travel experience is required
• Experience with Epic is required with 1 month within the last 24 months (2 years)

Responsibilities

• The role is based in the Medical ICU and includes neuro overflow.
• Nurses start IVs, maintain and manage multiple titrating drips.
• Provide critical ventilator care for a population including post-cardiac-surgery and trauma patients.
