ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont. The role supports a float pool across progressive care and cardiology units, with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour work week.

You’ll float to cardiothoracic, vascular, urology, and more, requiring flexibility and a patient-centered approach. Requires Vermont RN license, AHA BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, and EPIC in last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont RN license is required and must be active.
• ACLS, BLS and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Minimum 2 years in a large trauma level 1 teaching facility.
• Cardiology experience with post-cath/post-structural heart procedures.
• EPIC experience within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in Progressive Care settings.
• Support multiple medical specialties including hematology, oncology, orthopedics, and neurology.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and manage patient health, including post-cardiac interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
