Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to join the Corporate Resource Team in Wisconsin. This full-time, 0.9 FTE role offers 36 hours per week with nights 1900-0730 and a 12-hour shift, self-scheduled with floating.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, monitoring patients, participating in governance and safety initiatives, maintaining EHR documentation, and collaborating with the care team. Requires BLS and RN license; ICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the applicable state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ICU experience preferred; strong nursing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives to improve care.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans and coordinate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure safe medication administration.
• Maintain timely EHR documentation and recordkeeping.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
