Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Specialty Float Pool. This full-time position involves 36 hours per week with 3-12 hour night shifts (7pm–7am) and rotating weekends/holidays. The role offers a pay range of $38.20 to $57.30 per hour and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications include completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the practicing state, and BLS & ACLS certifications. Prior hospital bedside experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of hospital bedside care experience preferred.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS & ACLS certification for Healthcare Providers per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience using evidence-based practice and compassionate communication.
