Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent- The Medical Center in Macon, GA seeks a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. You will work in a fast-paced hospital environment, delivering safe, therapeutic care in line with standards and policies.

You will apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication while supporting a culture of safety and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Two years of hospital bedside care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
