Inspira Health in Vineland/Elmer is seeking a Float Pool ICU RN to provide staffing support across multiple ICU locations. The role involves direct patient care in varied ICU settings with potential reassignment to Step-Down Units based on patient acuity and staffing needs.

The ideal candidate should be enrolled in a BSN/MSN program within six months of hire, with ICU experience and active NJ RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and CC course completion required at hire.

Qualifications

• Education Experience: You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. * BSN or MSN graduates preferred*
• Minimum of 3 years post education clinical experience and competencies for ICU units.
• Current New Jersey RN license
• Current American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider upon hire
• Current American Heart Association ACLS upon hire
• Critical Care course completion upon hire

Responsibilities

• The Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse provides staffing support throughout Vineland and Elmer medical centers ICUs to meet patient needs.
• Float Pool RNs perform direct patient care in a variety of ICU settings.
• RNs may be reassigned to the Step-Down Units as needed
