Job summary

Inspira Health is seeking an ICU Float Pool RN to provide staffing and direct patient care across Vineland and Elmer ICUs. You may be reassigned to Step-Down Units based on unit needs and patient acuity.

Applicants should be enrolled in a BSN/MSN program within six months and graduate by the third employment anniversary. NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS, and CC coursework on hire are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehiring and graduate by the third employment anniversary date.
• BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years post-education ICU experience.
• Current New Jersey RN license, BLS and ACLS on hire.
• Critical Care course completion on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing support throughout Vineland and Elmer ICUs.
• Deliver direct patient care in various ICU settings and support Step-Down Units as needed.
• Participate in maintaining high-quality patient outcomes and collaboration with ICU teams.

MAJOR FUNCTION:The Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides staffing support throughout Vineland and Elmer medical centers ICUs to adequately meet the volume and acuity of patients.
