Job summary

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse ICU Float to deliver high-acuity bedside care across multiple intensive care units, supporting patients with rapidly changing conditions. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care, manage ventilators and critical drips, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to emergencies.

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families while upholding Ascension’s compassionate, patient-focused mission.
