Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
• BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years post education clinical experience and competencies for medical surgical acute / progressive care units.
• Current New Jersey nursing license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Float Pool RN provides staffing support throughout Vineland and Elmer medical centers to adequately meet patient volume and acuity.
• Performs direct patient care in medical surgical, Progressive Care, and ICU level of care.
