Job summary

San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital seeks an ICU/DOU Manager to provide leadership for nursing staff, manage clinical operations, and promote safe, high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

The role focuses on staff development, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and interdisciplinary collaboration to drive outcomes and operational excellence in the ICU and Direct Observation Unit.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Current California RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required; CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ICU/DOU clinical and operational activities.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care per regulations and goals.
• Provide staff development, mentoring, and performance improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal stewardship.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and patient safety culture.
