CommonSpirit Health, serving the San Bernardino community, seeks a Director Nursing ICU for St. Bernardine Medical Center. You will plan, implement, and coordinate performance across critical care units, guiding staff and senior leaders to sustain high patient care standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead diverse ICU services, advise on best practices, and communicate organizational goals to frontline teams, driving patient experience and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education and experience required.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field (MSN/MBA/MHA) preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and coordinate performance of critical care services.
• Oversee Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab and Dialysis services.
• Direct operations and collaborate with senior leadership on key initiatives.
• Advise medical staff and administrators on patient care and clinical best practices.
• Communicate goals to staff to improve patient experience and quality of care.
