Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Arizona required upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in med-surg or acute settings.
• BLS certification required; national certification preferred.
• BSN not required but preferred; ADN/Diploma acceptable with plan to complete BSN

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to ANA standards and unit protocol.
• Assess patients, develop and implement care plans; monitor progress.
• Administer medications and IV therapies; document responses.
• Educate patients and families on care, home management, and follow-up needs.
• Mentor staff and participate in preceptorship for new hires.
