Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of pertinent experience is essential.
• RN license and BLS certification required; BLS due within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning.
• Identify staff needs and modify educational material accordingly.
• Implement education plans and foster a positive learning environment.
• Design and assess educational activities and projects; engage team and apply evidence-based content.
• Evaluate outcomes and involve learners, adjusting material based on data.
