Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center Lake Pointe, Rowlett, Texas, seeks a Registered Nurse in Nursing Professional Development Generalist to enhance education for learners across ICU, CVICU, Cath Lab, procedural areas and Med Surg. This role supports patient outcomes and staff development with flexible scheduling.

You will develop and assess education plans, collaborate with teams, and ensure evidence-based content is implemented within a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least two years of pertinent experience is essential.
• RN license and BLS certification; if not BLS, obtain within 30 days of hire.

Education Department - This role will support ICU, CVICU, Cath Lab, Procedural Areas and Med Surg.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

Full time, M-F, 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to work with the night and weekend shifts
