Location: Baylor University Medical Center Lake Pointe, Rowlett, Texas

Specialty/Department: Education Department - This role will support ICU, CVICU, Cath Lab, Procedural Areas and Med Surg.

Shift/Schedule: Full time, M-F, 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to work with the night and weekend shifts

Essential Functions Of The Role

• You will create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning.
• You'll identify the needs of our staff, work closely with various teams, and modify educational material to suit those needs.
• You will help implement education plans. You will create a positive environment to reach our goals.
• You'll design and assess educational activities and projects. You'll engage team members and implement evidence-based content.
• Use reliable methods to evaluate program outcomes. Involve learners in evaluation and adjust material based on data collected.
