Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. invites experienced Critical Care RNs to join the Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) Float Pool on the Night shift. You will bring advanced critical care skills to multiple facilities, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

This role offers exposure to diverse units, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities to grow clinically while supporting Wellstar’s mission to enhance well-being across communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license (compact or single state).
• BLS – Basic Life Support from AHA required.
• ACLS required.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Critical Care RN experience (ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, individualized care using the full nursing process.
• Manage high-acuity patients with clinical expertise.
• Safely administer medications, infusions, and treatments.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Educate, advocate, and empower patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care.
