This night-shift role offers exposure to multiple critical care environments and opportunities to impact patient outcomes while supporting staffing needs. You will administer medications, monitor high-acuity patients, collaborate with physicians and families, and participate in evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license (compact or single state).
• BLS certification from AHA required.
• ACLS required.
• CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, individualized care using the full nursing process.
• Manage high-acuity patients across units with clinical expertise.
• Safely administer medications, infusions, and treatments.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and clinical changes in patient status.
• Educate, advocate, and empower patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care.
