Job summary

Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is seeking Experienced Critical Care RNs to join the Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) Float Pool for night shifts across Georgia facilities.

You will provide expert critical care across units, with a focus on patient safety, education, and collaboration with the care team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in CCU, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS credentials; BSN preferred and CCRN encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of recent Critical Care RN experience.
• Active RN license (compact or single state).
• BLS and ACLS required.
• CCRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, individualized care using the nursing process.
• Manage high-acuity patients with clinical expertise.
• Safely administer medications and infusions.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Educate and advocate for patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care.
