Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is seeking experienced Critical Care RNs for the Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) Float Pool across Georgia facilities. You will provide expert, evidence-based nursing care to high-acuity patients on a night shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license (compact or single state).
• BLS – Basic Life Support from AHA required.
• ACLS required.
• CCRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, individualized care using the nursing process.
• Manage high-acuity patients with clinical expertise.
• Administer medications, infusions, and treatments safely.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Educate, advocate, and empower patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care.
