Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to critically ill or injured patients, with night shifts and a 0.75 FTE schedule. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, and collaboration with the care team across units.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Associate's or Vocational degree; 2 to 5 years RN experience; Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing (or WI license if applicable)
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 0 to 2 years critical care RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current ACLS/ALS certifications or Allina in-house ACLS training; RN-C or SCRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish plan of care and monitor progress
• Maintain education/competencies to provide high quality patient care
• Coordinate, delegate and collaborate to ensure safe, effective care
• Fulfill organizational requirements and participate in supplemental roles as needed
