Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or NP program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure.
• ACNP/AGACNP preferred.
• 2+ years APP experience preferred; acute care training preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Takes comprehensive history and performs physical examinations.
• Evaluates and treats based on history, exam, and diagnostics.
• Performs diagnostic/therapeutic procedures as privileges allow.
• Coordinate involvement of medical/surgical specialty teams and discharge planning.
