Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking a Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider to deliver specialized care in the ICU. The role requires a Master’s in Clinical Nursing, Acute Care NP certification, and an unrestricted Georgia license with DEA, ACLS and BLS credentials.

The position is based at Bradley Medican Center and reports to the Critical Care department. The APP will lead care planning, collaborate with physicians and staff, and participate in cost-conscious initiatives while delivering Service

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical nursing is required.
• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification is required.
• Unrestricted Georgia Medical License, DEA, ACLS and BLS (TN for BMC) are required.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail are essential.
• Clear written and oral communication is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional healthcare to critical care patients.
• Evaluate and implement healthcare plans for patient needs.
• Serve as liaison among patients, staff, physicians, and administration.
• Lead changes to improve quality of patient care.
• Understand financial implications of care and contribute to cost-effective practice.
• Uphold the Service Excellence philosophy of the Hamilton Healthcare System.
