Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or licensed APRN.
• Two years of experience as an APP or in a managerial/leadership role.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• DHEC and DEA license applications are required.

Responsabilités

• 10% APP Manager duties including PTO approvals, evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Conduct APP interviews and coordinate offers and salary quotes with HR.
• Lead monthly APP meetings and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate APP rotations and staffing to meet patient care needs.
• 90% APP clinical duties including history, exams, and direct patient care.
• Perform procedures and coordinate discharge planning as applicable.
• Document and bill for direct care and participate in quality improvement activities.
