Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP/PA) to join the Bayfront Medical Group Intensivists in St. Petersburg, FL. Under physician supervision, you will provide inpatient management and co-management of critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting.

Qualifications

• Education and licensure requirements for APRN or PA.
• Florida license with national certification for APRN; Florida PA licensure required.
• Five years as an Advanced Practice Provider in acute care or surgical settings, including critical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient management and co-management of critically ill patients under physician supervision.
• Perform credentialed ICU procedures (central venous catheter, arterial lines, chest tube, others).
• Lead and participate in daily rounds and multidisciplinary rounds.
• Order labs, imaging, and initiate interventions; manage medications.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians on care plans and consultations.
• Ensure documentation of progress notes, orders, and care plans.
