Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (Acute Care APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies required.
• Critical care experience required: APRN 5+ years ICU RN experience or 3+ years practicing as ICU APRN; PA 3+ years ICU experience or 5+ years in surgical specialty.
• Strong procedural skills and comfort managing high-acuity patients.
• Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced critical care procedures (central/arterial line placement, intubation, emergent airway interventions).
• Manage critically ill patients with advanced monitoring and life-support therapies.
• Participate in emergency response and patient stabilization efforts.
• Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams to drive outcomes.
• Support quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
