The role requires ENP certification, current APRN licensure in Texas, DEA registration, and standard critical care credentials (ATLS/BLS/ACLS).

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program.
• National ENP certification required.
• Current APRN licensure in the applicable state.
• Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority.
• ATLS, BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Critical Care or Emergency Care experience required.
• Case logs with intubation competency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced assessments and implement treatment plans for critically ill patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies and perform approved procedures.
• Collaborate with intensivists and interprofessional team to optimize outcomes.
• Promote quality/safety initiatives and ensure continuity of care.
