University Health in San Antonio is seeking board-certified Advanced Practice Providers (ACNPs and PAs) to join a high-acuity, multidisciplinary critical care team at University Hospital. This role supports a 24/7 ICU model serving complex patient populations including transplant and cardiothoracic care, in collaboration with Surgical and Anesthesia Critical Care services.

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified ACNP or PA with eligibility for Texas licensure.
• ICU experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-acuity, team-based environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
