Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Implements evidence-based practice in clinical care.
• Conducts and documents accurate patient assessments.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans.
• Uses nursing judgment to tailor care to patient needs.
• Manages patient assignment based on team skills and patient needs.
• Develops educational plans for patients and families and documents per standards.
• Revises care plans as health status changes.
• Assists in discharge planning and referrals to community resources.
• Supports onboarding and development of new staff and precepts current staff.
• Participates in departmental committees as needed.
