Qualifikationen

• Certification Addendum and hospital-based certifications maintained annually.

Aufgaben

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
• Record and document vital signs and intake/output in EMR accurately.
• Perform rounding and communicate patient concerns to RN.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge activities and stock nursing area.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care tests as directed.
• Transport and position patients safely, assist with diet and nutrition tasks.
• Maintain skin integrity and use compression devices as prescribed.
• Assist with IV care, post mortem tasks, and bladder scans as directed.
• Follow infection prevention policies and age-appropriate patient care standards.
