Aurora West Allis Medical Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the ICU unit. The role is 0.8 FTE with a 32-hour week, schedule Monday through Thursday 15:00-23:30, with some holiday commitments. Reporting to the RN, you will support daily patient care and documentation.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and BLS certification. The position emphasizes patient safety, teamwork, and efficient care delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assists RN with daily patient care (bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, mobility) under supervision.
• Measures and documents vitals and intake/output in EMR.
• Performs purposeful rounding and communicates observations to RN.
• Participates in admission/transfer/discharge under RN supervision and prepares rooms and supplies.
• Maintains patient belongings and ensures proper handling of equipment and supplies.
