Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or ADN with 5 years ICU experience in lieu of BSN.
• Two years ICU RN experience in a high-acuity ICU required.
• California RN license is REQUIRED.
• ACLS, BLS and NIHSS certifications are REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
• Document care measures and interventions in EMR.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding conditions and care.
