Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with ICU experience per listed options.
• CA RN license required; BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate interprofessional team to deliver safe, patient-centered ICU care.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans.
• Document care in the EMR and monitor outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families about conditions and meds.
• Act as patient advocate while adhering to safety and infection control policies.
