Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Center is seeking an ICU Clinical Supervisor to lead both clinical and managerial aspects of care. This full-time role (36 hours/week) includes a night shift and benefits package.

The position involves direct and indirect patient care, staff disciplinary actions, and participation in hiring and termination decisions. The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN with BSN and current BLS/ACLS; CCRN preferred, with ability to coordinate care across disciplines and

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• CCRAsN certification preferred (must obtain within 1 year).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or enrolled in a program within one year of employment or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting.
• Perform disciplinary actions and participate in staff hiring/terminations.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians, Nurse Manager and co-workers.
• Maintain strong working relationships within the department and with other departments.
