OSF HealthCare seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support ICU services at OSF Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Evergreen Park, IL. The role focuses on ICU pharmacy coverage (90% of time) with 1st shift hours 8:00am-4:30pm and rotating weekends/holidays.

The pharmacist reviews prescriptions, clarifies orders, analyzes drug therapy, and collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, and others to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist (PHRM) with active license
• AHA BLS within 90 days of hire

Responsabilités

• Review prescriptions and obtain clarifications as needed.
• Analyze drug therapy and coordinate with medical staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Compound and dispense medications following established procedures and pharmacy practice.
• Provide patient care appropriate to the ages served.
