Qualifications & Skills

• Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• PGY1 residency experience required; 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Licenses including Medication Therapy Services in MO and RPh certification.
• Strong clinical, collaborative, and mentorship skills.
