Job summary

Lexington Health in Columbia, SC is seeking a Full-Time RN for night shift (7pm-7:30am) to provide comprehensive patient care across units. You will collaborate with physicians, support staff, and families, using nursing processes to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Qualifications include ADN/ Diploma/ BSN and SC RN licensure. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered and benefits start Day One. Hospital-wide standards drive clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RN must hold ADN, Diploma or BSN and active SC license.
• New grads without post-grad experience may not meet minimums.
• Must meet required certification/licensure per P&P.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process to promote and restore patient health.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provides education to patient and family and supports emotional needs.
• Maintains documentation and adheres to infection control policies.
• Manages equipment, supplies and patient safety during shifts.
