Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking a part-time Intermediate ICU nurse supervisor to oversee shift operations, delegate patient care and ensure timely admissions, transfers and discharges. The role emphasizes leadership, documentation and adherence to nursing standards.

Ideal candidate holds a BSN, an active SC RN license, and 2+ years of relevant experience; ADN holders enrolled in RN-to-BSN/MSN programs are considered. Sign-on bonus is $20,000 with benefits eligibility for full-time equivalents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• RN license to practice in South Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in specialty areas within past 5 years.
• ADN or Diploma accepted if enrolled in RN to BSN or RN to MSN with degree completion within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical shift operations and delegate care to staff.
• Facilitate patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Provide leadership, guidance and customer-service oriented care.
• Document care thoroughly and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
