LMH Health in Kansas seeks a Clinical Educator to assess, develop and implement education programs for the LMH community. The role includes designing training, coordinating instructors and ensuring high-quality courses across departments.

You will mentor staff, identify educational gaps, plan courses and promote teamwork with clinicians and community partners, while upholding LMH Health values and standards.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas Registered Nurse licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education emphasis or RN with teaching experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess LMH staff educational needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
• Mentor new clinical staff with resources and knowledge to perform their roles.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to identify educational gaps at LMH.
• Provide educational opportunities open to all LMH departments.
• Schedule courses to maintain necessary certifications.
• Promote teamwork and collaborate with health care team and community partners.
• Possess strong presentation and teaching skills and clear written communication.
