Job summary

UC Health is seeking a part-time Clinical Staff Educator (RN) for the Burn/ENT ICU at University of Cincinnati Medical Center on the First shift. You will provide individualized orientation for new personnel, inservice education, and continuing education programs to meet staff needs and enhance clinical nursing skills.

The role requires a BSN, Ohio RN license, and 1–2 years of experience (3–5 years preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master of Science in health-related field preferred.
• Licensed RN in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies nursing staff educational needs and develops in-service and continuing education programs.
• Assesses learning needs, plans and delivers education, and evaluates effectiveness.
• Develops educational materials and coordinates staff education activities.
• Collaborates with managers and nursing staff to align education with patient care goals and standards of care.
