Job summary

The role oversees new-hire orientation and assesses ongoing learning needs with nurses, collaborating with Nursing Quality, Research and Education colleagues.

You will model expert nursing practice, provide strong customer service, and participate in UCI Health committees to advance clinical outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

• RN with unit-specific certification and applicable nursing credentials.
• Experience teaching or delivering in-service education to staff.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities
