Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking an ICU Charge Nurse or ICU Clinical Coordinator to lead and coordinate nursing care during shifts, partnering with the management team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

You will support staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation, participate in admission/discharge workflows, and promote a patient-first philosophy while engaging in service improvement initiatives.

Formación

• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of start date.
• Registered Nurse with either an Associate Degree or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care during assigned shift to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Oversee admission and discharge processes for throughput and quality.
• Collaborate with management to create teamwork environment and improve patient outcomes.
• Assist with staff interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Conocimientos

ACLS certified

BLS certified

Hospital experience

Educación

RN license

ADN/Bachelor in Nursing
