Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of recent acute care nursing experience.
• Previous critical care nursing experience required.
• Current Florida RN license and BLS; ACLS per unit standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift leadership and clinical oversight for ICU nursing operations.
• Coordinate patient assignments and staffing adjustments for safe care.
• Serve as a clinical mentor for nursing staff in complex cases.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing development of nurses.
