CommonSpirit Health in Omaha, NE seeks a Charge RN to lead a department of frontline nurses across acute care, LTC, or nursing home settings. You will support nurses in reaching their full potential while aligning with departmental goals and patient care objectives.

You will be accountable, confident, and an excellent communicator in 1:1 and group settings, able to handle tough conversations as you guide performance and ongoing improvement in your unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a RN nursing program.
• Registered Nurse: NE (RN:NE).
• Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - within 5 months.

Responsabilités

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, staff development, certification tracking, and performance management activities.
• Assist with budget goals, payroll monitoring, and responsible resource utilization.
• Promote departmental goals, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, staff communication, education, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clinical expertise, serve as a specialty resource, and model professional and clinical excellence while ensuring quality patient care.

Formation

RN license Nebraska (RN:NE)

Graduate of RN nursing program

BLS-CPR

ACLS within 5 months
