Job summary

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, AR is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the ICU/CCU. The RN will provide professional nursing care during night shifts, coordinating with the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Candidates must have AR RN license and BLS; ACLS and PALS within 6 months. TNCC and ENPC are preferred or must be pursued per timeline. Strong English communication and critical care experience are required.

Qualifications

Active Arkansas RN license (in good standing).
BLS certification required at hire; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Perform frequent, systematic assessments (at least every two hours) and update care plans.
Communicate changes in condition to physicians; provide thorough handoff reports to oncoming nurses.
Maintain strict infection prevention practices; support a safe environment of care.
Recognize emergencies; interpret EKG and apply relevant therapies used in ICU/CCU.
Administer, titrate, and document critical care infusions.
Care for immediate post-anesthesia patients per PACU guidelines.
