Job summary

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center is seeking a part-time RN for ICU/CCU to deliver professional nursing care in a high-acuity critical care setting. You will coordinate with the healthcare team under the Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes and thorough handoffs.

The role requires an Arkansas RN license, BLS on hire, ACLS and PALS within 6 months, plus TNCC and ENPC or commitment to obtain.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN license.
• BLS at hire; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications (or commitment to obtain).
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency and professional communication with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Perform frequent, systematic assessments and update care plans.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and provide handoffs.
• Maintain infection prevention and a safe care environment.
• Recognize emergencies, interpret EKG and apply unit therapies.
• Administer, titrate, and document critical care infusions.
• Care for post-anesthesia patients per PACU guidelines.
