Job summary

Grady Memorial Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Full-Time ICU/CCU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care 24/7. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the ICU/CCU, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an Ohio-registered nurse license (or multistate compact), BLS, and a BSN within five years. Night shift, 36 hours per week, and commitment to high reliability standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (Ohio or multi-state compact) is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN preferred/required within five years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for ICU/CCU patients.
• Provide nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead and participate in process improvement and safety initiatives.
• Monitor patient status and adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Ensure documentation and adherence to nursing standards.
