Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma in nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care honoring cultural diversity.
• Coordinate safe, high-quality care and documentation with the care team.
• Collaborate in rounds and shared governance; support performance improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and precept other nurses and staff to ensure staffing readiness.
