The position requires at least two years of ICU experience, an Ohio RN license, and EPIC EHR proficiency. Candidates should be able to float to other units as needed and support high-acuity cardiac procedures such as CABG and valve surgeries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU/CCU experience.
• Ohio RN license required.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced patient monitoring in a cardiac ICU.
• Interpret EKG strips and monitor telemetry.
• Manage ventilated and post-op cardiac patients.
• Support the team during high-acuity procedures (CABG, valve surgery, Impella, IABP).
• Float across specialty units and work every other holiday.
