Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project ICT Designer for the US West region to manage day-to-day design of Telecommunications, Security, and A/V systems on construction documents. You will collaborate across the Buildings Mountain Engineering team and support projects in high-tech facilities.

The ideal candidate has experience with Revit, BIM, coordinating telecom and security design, is comfortable on client sites, and can meet strict background and badge requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering Technology, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience may substitute for degree.
• 10+ years of experience in Technology Systems installation, maintenance, or design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare schematic design and construction documents with telecom, security, and A/V focus.
• Advance design with Revit and BIM modeling.
• Perform site condition surveys.
• Review contract submittals.
• Support multiple design teams and projects while delivering results.
• Meet varying deadlines with strong time management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willing to work on client sites and meet badge/background requirements.
